What is a CDN?
A content delivery network (or CDN), is a large distributed system of servers deployed in multiple data centers across the globe. So if an end user puts in a request for live content from the US, a CDN will deliver it from the closest server to minimize bandwidth requirements and provide the smoothest video stream possible.

What is a publishing point?
This is the parameter given in Flash Media Live Encoder (FMS URL), eg: rtmp://servername/application folder (This info is provided by the support team or you can find it on your control panel).

What is a stream name?
This is the parameter given in Flash Media Live Encoder (Stream name), eg: demo123 (This info is provided by the support team.)

How do people watch my live stream?
After purchasing one of the plans our support staff will supply you with the embedding code to be placed on a web page. Our support staff is available to assist with any embedding question that may occur.

Do I pay only for the actual usage?
No, if you buy a plan we will bill you based on the plan agreement per month. Whether you use the monthly bandwidth or not, we will still bill you the plan price. If you exceed the allocated bandwidth we will bill that separately.

What happens if the Bandwidth purchased exceeds?
If the bandwidth purchased is exceeded, we will charge an overage fee (per GB) applicable to the package you have purchased from us.

What if I need multiple publishing points?
